  • Bachelors Degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • PHR/SHRM-CP Certification a plus

  • Minimum of 2 years Recruiting hands on experience

  • HR Generalist experience a plus

  • At least 2 years of Supervisory Level Management

  • Excellent communication skills including verbal grammar in person and on the phone

  • Love of being of service with Hiring Managers and relishes in the partnership

  • Strong Application Tracking System experience?

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software

  • HRIS experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
