Responsibilities:
- Must have a reliable, working laptop to perform data entry tasks which include inputting and updating information in databases - Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries - Manage office tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records - Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity - Coordinate and schedule appointments using Outlook Calendar - Transcribe notes, meetings, and other audio recordings as needed Skills:
- Proficient in using office equipment such as phone systems and computers - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading tasks - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Familiarity with basic office software such as Microsoft Office Suite This position offers the opportunity to work in a relaxed office environment where you will be responsible for providing administrative support.
