Our Customer Service Representative team leads the company by providing excellent service for general inquiries, scheduling, and customer support as needed.
Our Customer Service Representatives are the best and brightest - they are able to think quickly on their feet and solve problems as they arise.
This team interacts with every division within Discount Garage Doors on a daily basis and acts as the central hub that helps coordinate service and installation support for all of our customers.
What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative at Discount Garage Doors, you will:
Collaborate with your peers in the Customer Service team to coordinate inbound calls and outbound outreach.
Field email, chat, and social media leads as needed.
Work with our field (service, installation) and office teams to plan and schedule customer jobs.
Provide excellent service for all inquiries by building trust with our customers.
Skills You Need:
Strong customer service skills and ability to critically think in a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively Willingness to go the extra mile to engage with customers and support their needs Collaborative, team-oriented working style Preferred
Qualifications:
