Minimum 1 year of Proven Financial Experience Required 3 Years of Proven Customer Service Experience Required Robust PC knowledge, typing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills Team player with the ability to collaborate with others Ability to work independently, in a small office environment Excellent oral and written communication Professional appearance and demeanor Detail-orientated with superior organizational skills Ability to learn and become proficient in a process-driven, fast-paced work environment Duties/
Responsibilities:
Greet clients with a smile and great can do attitude.
Coordinate with our clients, advisors, and Raymond James to set up new accounts, transfer assets, process money movements and other tasks to maintain client accounts.
Complete requests from advisors and clients within 24-48hrs, ensuring accuracy, and effectively keeping everyone in the loop throughout the process.
Perform general administrative and support functions for the office including maintaining files, running reports, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, scanning and faxing.
Coordinate and provide excellent client service with a high degree of professionalism.
Work to resolve problems, answer questions, and provide general information over the phone and in person.
Work under pressure and handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
Always maintain high ethical standards/confidentiality.

Experience:
Familiarity of working within a highly professional environment and knowledge of the financial industry is beneficial Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred (preferably Business, Economics, or Finance related) or in pursuit of attaining APPLY NOW!!! Job Type:
