Plans a developmentally appropriate lesson plan using children's assessment and interests Demonstrates an understanding of the components of a child's portfolio and presents their learning story Engages classroom with consistent routines, utilizing positive guidance strategies and leading by example Maintains positive informal and formal communication with families through daily communication, monthly newsletters and biannual conferences Facilitates and maintains licensing standards Friendly and a desire to work as a team in a rewarding, fast-paced environment When you join our team, you have the opportunity to instill a love of learning in the hearts and minds of the children in your classroom.
