To support our continued growth, we seek a Verifications Specialist to join our growing team.
Summary:
Our Verification Specialists verify information reported by our clients' job applicants.
They conduct phone interviews, internet and database research to complete these important verification activities accurately and in a timely manner.
They evaluate and verify supporting documents and accurately input the information into our proprietary system.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Effectively and efficiently manage inbound and outbound calls and emails for employment, education, reference and licensing verification.
Maintain an effective follow-up process for all verifications to ensure timely completion of background checks.
Accurate data entry of verified information.
Demonstrate high quality assurance through data review of information obtained for verifications.
Communicate effectively and efficiently to all parties involved in obtaining verification information by phone and email.
Work to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
