SUMMARY The Lifestyle Director is responsible for providing programs and events suitable and engaging for all residents.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Design:
Survey the community and create ongoing activities and programs tailored to the community's wide range of ages and needs.
Promote and drive interest in the programs using a variety of methods such as newsletter, website, social media, email blast and word of mouth.
Secure vendors and staff.
Execute while working with onsite management, maintenance techs, and other providers.
Debrief with all personnel after the event to improve and grow future events.
Operate with a constant mindset of serving the residents with excellence.
Express clear and concise written and verbal communication with district staff, residents, Vesta management, staff, and vendors.
Maintain order and manage special events budgets, coordinate vendors, and staff.
Lead staff and vendors to a common goal.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position manages the lifestyle department.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a clerical, office setting, clubhouse, and/or outdoor setting.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
TRAVEL:
Limited travel is expected for this position.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; college degree is preferred.
A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar field requiring similar event, customer service skills, and other responsibilities.
Competent in Word, Excel, and Outlook Knowledge of Social Media Outlets Current Driver's License Strong community engagement

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
