REQUIREMENTS Do you have 1 year hospitality experience? Do you thrive working in a fast-paced, energetic, team-oriented environment? Do you have excellent communication skills? RESPONSIBILITIES As a Server at Mulligan's Irish Pub, your key responsibilities include warmly greeting and seating guests accurately taking and submitting food and drink orders ensuring prompt and courteous service handling payments efficiently maintaining a clean dining area collaborating with kitchen and bar staff upholding a high standard of menu knowledge.
Experienced Bartenders can fast track to bartending positions.
We also use pub staff to staff banquets and events and the Beverage Cart.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery - Process payments using Aloha POS system Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred - Strong sales and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items - Ability to work well within a team We offer competitive pay and flexible scheduling.
