Lead Teacher/Assistant Teacher
Duties - Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool children- Create engaging lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment- Implement early intervention strategies for children with special needs or developmental delays- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young children- Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, progress, and behavior Skills - Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices- Experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting- Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues- Knowledge of curriculum development and implementation strategies- Understanding of childhood development milestones and appropriate teaching techniques- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilitiesNote:
