Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all restaurant guests - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food safety protocols are followed - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales - Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role is preferred - Knowledge of culinary terminology and menu items - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
