The position is available to serve projects in the Central Florida West Coast area.
You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Experience with ProCore and MS Projects preferred but not required.
Starting pay will reflect experience level.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction project Control the short-term and long-term schedule and job safety Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, city and county officials Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction management or other related fields Familiarity with multi-story steel grid systems is a plus Strong leadership qualities Deadline and detail-oriented Understanding of blueprints, construction drawings and other related documents Benefit Conditions:
