- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, and sanding as necessary - Apply paint or other finishes using airless paint spraying equipment - Use power tools to remove old paint, repair surfaces, and prepare for painting - Perform construction estimating to determine the quantity of materials needed for each project - Install fixtures such as shelves, cabinets, and hardware - Caulk gaps and seams to ensure a smooth and finished appearance - Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements - Perform welding and carpentry tasks as needed - Complete trim carpentry work to enhance the overall look of the finished project Skills:
- Proficiency in airless paint spraying techniques - Experience using power tools for surface preparation and repair - Knowledge of construction estimating principles to accurately determine material quantities - Ability to install fixtures with precision and attention to detail - Familiarity with caulking techniques for a professional finish - Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications - Strong welding skills for metal fabrication tasks - Carpentry skills for various construction and repair projects - Attention to detail in completing trim carpentry work This position requires a high level of skill and experience in painting, construction, and carpentry.
The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
