The Leasing Specialist position is responsible for the sales and leasing activities in the community, including everything from the initial greeting, to touring the property, preparing and executing the requisite paperwork, and closing with the sale.
You are sales-driven and customer-focused individual, and know how to make everyone who enters our leasing centers feel right at home.
You create the first impression for every customer and current resident here at Bainbridge.
The professional responsibilities of this position are to maintain leasing and renewal intentions along with managing the marketing initiatives for the community.
Leasing Specialists have proficient communication skills and can cultivate long-term relationships and anticipate the customer's needs while creating Exceptional Living Environments.

Essential Duties Perform all administrative tasks including but not limited to daily/monthly reporting, notices, market surveys, and leasing activity.
Exhibit and market features and values of the community to current and future residents.
Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all lease terms and forms, applicant screening, and community policies.
Maintain and project a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Remain current on market conditions and trends in the submarket area.
Accurately tracks and follow up on leads.
Establish and cultivate resident relationships and retention through thoughtful and timely response to needs and concerns.
Collaborate and participate in planning, organizing, and executing resident events.
Assists in other projects and activities as needed by the Property Manager, Regional Manager, or any member of the team.
Requirements Minimum 1 year related leasing experience required.
Strong knowledge of the multifamily housing industry.
Strong knowledge of Fair Housing Law.
High school diploma or equivalent, college preferred but not required.
Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) preferred.
Knowledge or property management software such as RealPage, YieldStar, and Yardi preferred.
Basic computer skills.

Work Hours This position is scheduled for 40 hours in a regular work week.
Hours of operation are open from 9:
00am to 6:
00pm Monday through Friday, Saturday 10:
00am to 5:
00pm, and on Sunday 1:
00pm to 5:
00pm.
Leasing Specialists must be available to work on weekends when scheduled.
