The current opportunities are for candidates that have 2-plus years minimum in a high-volume business and understand what it takes to work in and around a scratch kitchen.

8-6M annually Leadership and communications skills are on point Two weeks' vacation in the first year Training is our focus so you're ready to hit the floor running Fun growing BRAND opening 1 to 2 units a year Scratch Kitchens with amazing wine lists You're a hands-on working type, chef listening and relaying information We promote FROM WITHIN! Assisting executive chef with kitchen operations of assigned restaurant Running the kitchen when the head chef is OFF Train new kitchen employees to restaurant and kitchen standards Work all food stations in the kitchen Memorize food recipes and food preparation instructions Inspect all food sent from the kitchen Conduct regular inventory of food and kitchen supplies Understand linecheck and can teach them Recommended Skills Culinary Arts Food Quality Food Safety Food Services Hospitality Wines Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
